Had my bike for a week. Took it back because it didn't fit right. The first salesperson let me test out the next size up. The guy in the back (20-30 year old) was rude and accused me of stratching up the bike and didn't want to do an exchange (even though I spent over $500 on bike and accessories). Then, an older gentleman who did repairs came out and adjusted everything, which satisfied me. They really need to get rid of these young punks who know nothing about customer service. I wish I had gone to another shop who takes care of their customers. I will not be doing business with them again- at least not until they fire these rude people who are not helping the business!
