I just bought, over the phone, 5 mattresses from US Mattress - Derek Hill was the sales person who answered my call. Boy, am I happy I got him on the phone. Very helpful in choosing the right one as I did not know what I wanted or the differences between mattresses. He also found the type I wanted on sale and didn't try and up-sell me, which was the reason this was the fourth mattress company I contacted. I changed the order 30 minutes later and Derek was happy to do it. Immediate email confirmation. Delivery and no tax was a bonus, too. I just ordered the mattresses so I'll update after delivery.
