    Was supposed to have truck ready for pickup at 0900. Went at 0930 and was told it would be after 1000 when it would be dropped off. They did not ask for a card when I made the reservation so they had to do extra paperwork. Finally picked it up around 1pm. Took it home and opened the back up and found out it had a leak inside so had to take it to the main Penske rental place for them to patch. My advise is to use Uhaul.
